NEW’S | Duarte Freitas launches Investor’s Handbook at opening of new RIAC/RIAE premises in Ponta Delgada
The first RIAC-RIAE office in São Miguel was opened today in Ponta Delgada by the Regional Secretary for Finance, Planning and Public Administration, Duarte Freitas, thus fulfilling another goal proposed by this Government to promote administrative connectivity.
The RIAE (Integrated Entrepreneurial Support Network) offices have brought entrepreneurs and citizens together, with personalised support from technicians specialised in answering and clarifying questions about the support measures available, reducing procedures and speeding up processes.
At the opening, the government official took the opportunity to announce and disseminate “a new support tool for Azorean entrepreneurs and anyone wishing to invest in the Azores, the Investor’s Handbook, available on the website www.investinazores.com. It compiles all the information on entrepreneurship, employment and energy measures for consultation.”
The RIAC-RIAE offices will be present on the nine islands of the archipelago, allowing them to create different synergies, improve customer service and create territorial discontinuity.
