NEW’S | Condé Nast Traveler readers place Azores in top 10 of best islands in Europe for 2024, says Berta Cabral
Condé Nast Traveler has just placed the Azores in the top 10 of the best islands in Europe to visit in 2024 – a recognition awarded by the readers of this prestigious North American magazine.
The “2024 Readers Choice Awards” recognition was published today in the magazine and includes articles on cultural experiences, adventure travel and luxury travel, as well as stunning photographs of various locations around the world.
More than 570 thousand Condé Nast Traveler magazine readers answered the survey on the experiences they had on the islands they visited this year at a European level. The Azores were in the top 10.
For the first time in five years, Condé Nast Traveler chose to conduct separate surveys in the United States and the United Kingdom.
In the United States, an astonishing 575,048 Condé Nast Traveler readers enthusiastically shared their recent travel knowledge of the top hotels, cruises, countries, cities, resorts, trains, airlines, airports, spas, islands, luggage and ski resorts.
Their dedication and exceptional service have left a lasting impression on our readers, securing their place among the best in the world.
The results of the 2024 US Readers’ Choice Awards are now available online, and highlights can be found in the November issue of Condé Nast Traveler US.
